Originally from Colombia, Daniela is a fitness and health professional who has been teaching various movement methods since 2014. She is a certified BASI Mat Pilates, MIX Barre and Yoga Instructor and a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her passion lies in supporting and guiding you towards finding a healthy, active and fulfilling lifestyle.
