  • NEW TO MIX

    Welcome to MIX! Our classes are accessible for all fitness and experience levels. We offer specialty classes and workshops throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on our Newsletters. Consistency is the key, and whatever combination of MIX classes you choose, we encourage you to come at least 3 times per week to maximize the benefits you’ll experience. You’ve got this!

  • Buying Classes

    To book a class, create an account and purchase from the 'BUY’ page. There are 2 ways to purchase classes: class packs and memberships

    • Class Packs:

      Class packs have an expiration period based on number of classes bought. Sometimes we all need that extra motivation.

    • Memberships:

      If your ready to make a bigger commitment then memberships are for you.

  • MEMBERSHIPS – Need to Knows

    1. 1. What is the minimum length of a membership?

      The minimum length of all memberships is three months.

    2. 2. How am I billed?

      Payment is taken monthly at the beginning of the month and billed to the credit we have on file. You must have a credit card saved to your account to enable payment so, please make sure this is up to date.

    3. 3. What is the membership cancellation policy?

      By purchasing a membership you will be committed to a three month minimum term. After your third payment, you can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your account and cancelling from your ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing date. Please be aware that once the payment has been made we cannot issue a refund.

    4. 4. How long are my membership classes valid?

      All membership classes are valid for the monthy billing period and cannot be rolled over to future billing periods. Additionally, no membership classes can be transferred between client accounts.

    5. 5. Can I freeze my membership?

      You are able to freeze your membership for up to six weeks once per rolling 12 month period. In order to freeze your membership, you must contact the studio at least one week before your next billing date.

    6. 6. What if I am running low on my membership classes?

      If you’re running low on classes and still want to take classes within the current billing month, you can purchase an exclusive 'member only' discounted top-up class for CHF29.00. Top up classes expire two months after the date of purchase .

  • BOOKING A CLASS

    Our booking window opens every Sunday at 10am for one weeks for classes until the following Monday. You can book into class up to 5 minutes before class.

    If your class choice is fully booked, you can add yourself to waitlist to try your luck at grabbing a last-minute spot.

    You can book yourself and up to 3 friends into a class. If you want to book more people than this, please contact the studio and enquire about booking a private class.

  • HOW DO WAITLISTS WORK?

    You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We'll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot.

    If you’re on the waitlist and a spot becomes available within 2 hrs of class starting (up to 30 mins prior) or after 10PM for an early class (6AM-9AM), you'll be sent an email to ask if you want to accept the spot. First come ..first serve☺

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you can't make it to class, please cancel your spot at least 8 hrs in advance. Any reservations cancelled before the cancellation window will be refunded to your account.

    If you cancel within 8 hours of your class, your lose the class credit.

    We have a strict no-refund policy on classes cancelled within 2 hrs or less of start time.

  • PREGANCY

    Wonderful news! We have many women who participate in class right up to their due date. If you are already taking class at MIX, we require you to fill our pregnancy consent form signed by your physician.

    If you are NOT currently taking MIX barre/ TRX, you will not be allowed to enter a barre/ trx class due to the level of core engagement and intensity levels.

    Make sure that you let our team know when you check in that you are expecting, so that we can let your instructor know to make any necessary modifications for you.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY

    Masks are now be mandatory in the shared areas of our studio. When entering the studio, waiting for a class and leaving the studio, you will be required to wear a mask. Once your are in class and on your mat, you may remove your mask. Please be reminded of our safety measures when accessing MIX:

    Studio

    • MIX studio has been reconfigured to accommodate the required social distancing protocol, in line with the relevant rules and regulations.
    • Hand sanitizers will be located at different areas around the studio along with signage indicating special distancing measures.
    • We ask you to sanitize regularly and wash your hands before and after class.
    • We will take every measure to meticulously clean and disinfect common areas before, between and after classes.

    Classes

    • We have reduced the number attendees in line with the relevant rules and regulations.
    • As requested, parallel to our in new schedule at MIX , we will continue some Online classes.

    Arrival

    • MIX will open 15 minutes before the class start time.
    • If at all possible, we ask you to arrive at the studio ready for class, to minimize locker room traffic.
    • Teachers will ask you in, one at a time, and indicate your spot in the room.
    • All necessary equipment will be cleaned before class and will be placed by your mat.

    After class

    • We ask you to wipe down your mat and equipment with our disinfectant sprays.
