Cecilia has been surrounded by yoga and all aspects of spirituality for as long as she can think, as her mother is a yoga practitioner herself. Additionally, her journey was greatly influenced by her four-year psychology degree, which in the last year of her studies focused significantly on health psychology. It further enhanced her understanding of what it truly means to take care of the mind, body and soul. For Cecilia, yoga is not about achieving a difficult pose or an extensive amount of flexibility (those are all bonuses that develop through time & practice), but about guiding one towards connecting to their true self by shifting their focus inward. Her classes vary from being, dynamic and energy evoking, to gentle and restorative, however, no matter the style she incorporates compassion and love throughout.

Cecilia’s classes are always paired with carefully curated playlists, allowing you to enter a deeper level of consciousness. Her classes will leave you feeling more in touch with yourself and welcome you no matter what level you are it.

One tip from Cecilia to you: if you are feeling restless and cannot seem to escape the speed of your thoughts… grab a mat, take a seat on it, close your eyes and focus on your breath.
